THIS THING IS GARBAGE

This item is absolute garbage. It's so awful, it makes me want to throw up. I've used it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The quality is cheap, and the layout are stupid. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisitem without being mortified. I'm so frustrated that I imagined I'd acquired something functional instead. S
